Wal-Mart will unload its 85 stores in Germany to rival Metro AG for an undisclosed sum. The deal with Metro includes the German retailer taking over 19 pieces of Wal-Mart real estate and leasing the remainder of the other locations. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
